- Added a new Winter Road Flag to Advanced Search and Predictive Analytics to filter on crashes with Road Surface Condition of Ice, Slush, or Snow. For Advanced Search, this flag is available from the expandable "Additional Flags" section.
- Renamed the ACCDDATE and ACCDHOUR column labels to CRSHDATE and CRSHHOUR in the various Advanced and Predictive Analytics CSV download files.
- Changed the Crash Type label of "DEER" to "DEER/ANIMAL" to address confusion when non-deer animal crashes are returned even though "Exclude Deer Crashes" is selected. See HML01R2KRQ.
- Predictive Analytics:
- Expanded the default Crash Severity selection list to KABC.
- Removed the "Select All | None" quick links from the Crash Flags list.
- Added a 120 day Restrict to Date Interval option and removed the 7 day interval.
- Adjusted the default zoom level of the Print page combined map to provide a tighter fit around the hot spots.

- Deer Flag Changes (All Interfaces):
- Changed the Deer Flag default value to "Exclude Deer Crashes" on the Advanced Search interface.
- Replaced the Exclude Deer Crashes filter on Predictive Analytics with a Deer Flag drop-down list similar to Basic and Advanced, i.e., with options to include deer crashes, exclude deer crashes, or analyze deer crashes only. The default selection excludes deer crashes.
- Expanded the Deer Flag context sensitive help on all three interfaces.
- Added a Deer Flag section to the Crash Flags Definition document.
- Predictive Analytics:
- Added a new "Optimize for Roadway Segment" analysis setting which is turned on by default.
- Renamed the "Apply Injury Severity Weights" setting to "Optimize for Injury Severity" and moved it to a new Analysis Settings section at the top of the Predictive Analytics Filters panel.
- Fixed an issue whereby the Intersection and Lane Departure flags were not getting populated in the Predictive Analytics CSV files.
- Added a default "Auto" parameter to the "Min Radius (Miles)" setting in the Options section which is now set to .05 miles for analysis involving municipalities and 0.1 miles otherwise.
- Improved the z-score and p-value calculations and set the default confidence level to 90% in the Options section.
- Added a small buffer area to the Analysis Areas to improve visualization for narrow analysis areas.
- Miscellaneous algorithm and data processing improvements.
- Basic and Embedded Search:
- Added exception pop-up messages to the Basic and Embedded search pages when the search result exceeds the 50,000 limit threshold.
- The Data Service API now returns an HTTP 513 - Payload Too Large response for results exceeding 50,000 crashes.
- Adjusted the Embedded Search page responsive design to work better with narrow screens.

- The system is now updated on a nightly basis from the WisTransPortal crash database. Crash locations are taken from police reported geo-coordinates on the DT4000 crash reports. The pre-existing Community Maps datasets are still available through Advanced Search and Admin, however the new DT4000 folders are locked for editing.
